This exciting line up features original lead singer JOHN SPRINGATE as well as original drummer and founding member, PETE PHIPPS and long serving Glitter Band keyboard player and musical director EDDY SPENCE in this glam rock trip down memory lane. The lads are excited to be taking their fantastic new show to Scotland, at one of Edinburgh’s most prestigious music venues. The Return of original lead singer John Springate!

The Glitter Band are delighted to announce the return of legendary original lead singer JOHN SPRINGATE to the band with immediate effect, completing an exciting new line up for 2009. New show dates to follow in the coming days!


This new line up now features, not only Pete Phipps, the original drummer and constant member since 1972, but also long serving keyboard player EDDIE SPENCE in this *all new* show. The band will perform all of the popular hits of the *Glitter* genre, made famous in the 1970s and still adored today and we are taking bookings for 2009 & 2010.


Pete and the guys are over the moon to have their old mate Springy back onboard.
